Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on 17 October 1992), was born on 17 October 1992, and is an Indian actress. She has a prominent role as a character in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She won the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her performance in the film as actress Savitri. She has also won three SIIMA Awards as well as a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the child of filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar and actor Menaka G. Suresh. She started her career as a child performer in the early 2000s and went back to film after studying fashion design. Her first leading part in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy's first film outside Malayalam was the romantic comedy Idhu Maayam (2015) which she acted in with Vikram Prabhu. The film was not a success in the theater. In the year 2015, she debuted A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu against each other. The films were not a success in cinemas. To accommodate larger projects, she was forced to pull out of films she had been working on for a while. They include Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. She consequently worked on two films in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan quickly, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the main character on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. However, the film is in the process of being delayed, and there are the possibility of release in September, 2020 with a brand different title, Janakitho Nunu.
